Fun, joy, music, and dance marked the third night of the Largest São João in the Amazon, Parárraiá 2025, in Belém, supported by the Government of Pará. The Saturday night program (14) began with a performance by Pará singer Thiago Costa, energizing the crowd arriving and getting into the event's atmosphere, which already marks the June calendar in Pará, celebrating popular culture, promoting joy, and boosting the state's economy. The program continued with traditional dance groups, followed by performances from Jonas Esticado, Wesley Safadão, Léo Foguete, and the sound system Rubi.

Dental technician Suzy Silva was looking forward to Safadão's show and praised the accessible programming for everyone

Suzy Silva, a dental technician, expresses her joy in being part of such a sensational program, as she highlights. “I am extremely excited to enjoy the night with my friends. I want to take advantage of the entire program, but I am really looking forward to Safadão's show, as it will be my first time watching him. Besides being a free program where people can have fun, they can enjoy it, so I think it's great because there are many people who can't afford to go to the show, and the government provided this, so they deserve congratulations.”

Public servant Cláudio Dias was accompanied by his wife and 9-year-old daughter: "Everything is perfect, impeccable organization," he stated.

There were Pará residents who also chose to enjoy with their whole family, like public servant Cláudio Dias, who brought his wife and 9-year-old daughter. "It's our first year coming and with everyone together. So it’s a great joy to attend the event. I am excited here at this wonderful party. Thank God everything is perfect, everything is great, impeccable organization, and we can only thank the government for providing this for us," he said.

Attending the third night of the event, the Governor of the State, Helder Barbalho, emphasized that the day is very special, with pleasant weather and great for people to enjoy the event.

“We are consolidating the largest São João in the history of the state and the Amazon, with a lot of organization. On Friday, we had no incidents; the Military Police report showed no records of any incidents, families came to have fun in an absolutely orderly manner, with full joy and happiness, and that’s what we want, to make Parárraiá a moment where people have fun, culture is valued, the state’s economy circulates, and employment opportunities arise with people selling their products, and with that, everyone wins,” said the governor.

The head of the state executive also clarified about the event's free admission, “this is the goal, because when we participate in an event like this, we allow the population to have a moment of joy without having to pay for tickets and incur costs to have fun. It’s a democratic party, bringing everyone together, dancing and having fun. Therefore, we want to provide joy for the population and celebrate this good moment for the State of Pará, which is growing more and more,” concluded Helder Barbalho.

The Vice Governor, Hana Ghassan, spoke about the importance of a beautiful party that values local, regional, and national artists. “This moment is very important for the population to enjoy, celebrate, and be able to do so with family, in an orderly and organized manner, enjoying this wonderful party, which behind it has an entire economy being fostered and strengthened through tourism and entrepreneurship. So it’s very good to have this moment in the state, bringing a festival like this of celebration for everyone,” she emphasized.

Continuing the cultural program, after the first show, it was the turn of the traditional dance groups “Amor de um Mensageiro” and “Roceira Arrastapé,” brightening the night with a lot of sparkle, joy on the faces of the performers, and dance.

Clayton Alves, a member of the Roceira ArrastaPé dance group for three years, stated he is happy to be part of this moment in a large-scale event. “It’s a very important responsibility to bring entertainment and, more and more, exalt our popular culture.”

"So, this year we are bringing a very interesting theme; we are talking about Ubuntu, an African philosophy that has as its main concept issues of companionship, friendship, resilience, and fraternity. Together we can do more, together we will go further. This is the motto of ArrastaPé this year. To precisely, in opportunities like this, we can be part of, brighten this event, and be part of history. Because whether we like it or not, it’s a grand event that marks moments in history. This year we have in Belém a very important event of global scope, which is our COP30. So, we also have this responsibility to talk about caring for the environment, using recyclable material in our costumes and preserving the environment,” he said.

Public Safety

With over a thousand security agents acting in integrated actions each day of the event, the safety and tranquility of the population remain guaranteed according to the planning developed by the Security System. From the Integrated Command and Control Mobile Center (CICCM), agents continue to monitor security camera images in real-time and are in contact with teams working in the parking lot and around Mangueirão, speeding up decision-making in case of any incidents.

With the support of the State Government, the program has guaranteed leisure for the people of Pará since last Thursday (12) and continues until Sunday, the 15th, in the parking lot of Mangueirão. The gates open from 6 PM, with free entry.
