Arraial de Todos os Santos has free attractions until the end of June
Presentations by folkloric groups, animal cordões, June birds, and the State Quadrilha Contest bring the public to Praça do Povo, at Centur

The Arraial de Todos os Santos, promoted by the Cultural Foundation of Pará (FCP), in Belém, is entering its last week. Started on May 31, with the flight of June birds, the Arraial continues until June 29 (Sunday) with presentations by folkloric groups, animal cordões, June birds, and the 21st edition of the State Quadrilha Contest. The program is free and takes place at the Centur building, the headquarters of FCP.
"A very beloved party, which is happening throughout this month of June, from the quadrilhas to the June festivities on the Verequete Stage. And we still have a lot to happen," highlights Claudia Pinheiro, director of Cultural Interaction at FCP.

"Amazed" - Regarding participation in the Quadrilha Contest, Edinho Ferreira, marker of the adult quadrilha Explosão Junina, from the municipality of Abaetetuba, which performed on Friday night (20), said that "our process of building the presentation has been forming since November of last year. We are amazed and satisfied, and very grateful for the support of FCP. Long live the true São João!"
By the end, 132 quadrilhas will perform at Praça do Povo. The program will conclude with the awarding of the champions. The State Quadrilha Contest, which started on June 13, attracted 37,752 people to Centur in just the first seven days.

“It has been great to enjoy with family. We always follow the Arraial. It has been about six years, and it has been wonderful to renew this experience every year,” said Frank Batalha, who visited the Arraial accompanied by his daughter Ana Júlia.
Economy - In addition to musical shows, theatrical performances, and quadrilha competitions, the Arraial de Todos os Santos has spaces dedicated to selling typical foods and traditional products from the region. "I love the Arraial. It’s me, my husband, and my son, and we take turns at the sales while enjoying the party. Sales have been good, and visitors, especially those from outside Belém, are eager for the stall to open to buy the baths," said vendor Isabel de Souza.
The program of the Arraial de Todos os Santos continues until June 29, starting at 5 PM, at the headquarters building of FCP, located at Avenida Gentil Bittencourt, No. 650, Nazaré neighborhood, in Belém.
