HRPC promotes action for the reception and well-being of users
The action included games, fishing, music, and dance, and there were also giveaways.
With the aim of further strengthening humanized care in the hospital environment, the management of the Hospital Regional Público dos Caetés (HRPC), in partnership with the Humanization Working Group (GTH), carried out a special action aimed at the users of the unit. The activity took place on the morning of this Monday, June 30, and provided a moment of lightness, relaxation, and interaction among patients, companions, and health professionals. The action included games, fishing, music, and dance, and there were also giveaways.
Silmara Santos, laboratory technician and member of the GTH, highlighted the importance of health education actions with users and their companions. “We believe that care goes beyond technical procedures. Moments like this make a difference in the experience of users within the hospital, as they provide reception, lightness, and connection. It is a way to demonstrate, in practice, our commitment to the humanization of care.”
Approval - Marcelo Marcelino Gonçalves, 51 years old, resident of the municipality of Bragança, participated in the action and expressed his satisfaction. “It was a very pleasant surprise. We feel more welcomed, closer to people. This type of moment helps to relieve the tension of waiting and shows that the hospital also cares about our well-being.”
