Alternative Course from Uepa Prepares Second Preparatory Class for Enem
Extension activity of the University of the State of Pará offers 120 spots for the external public and registrations are online

The Alternative Course, an extension project of the University of the State of Pará (Uepa) that offers preparatory classes for the National High School Exam (Enem), will hold the second preparatory class next Saturday, the 5th, with spots open to the general public. The event will take place at the Paulo Freire Auditorium, in the Center for Social Sciences and Education (CCSE), in Belém, starting at 8 am.

120 spots are available for the external public and registrations can be made online through the link available here. All information can be followed on the profile @cursinhoalternativouepa. The program will focus on the subjects of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, in addition to dynamics and prizes. On the last Saturday of June, the 28th, the coordination of the Alternative Course held the June class, with explanations of the contents in the area of Languages and Human Sciences.
Created in 2007 by Professor Altem Nascimento Pontes, the Alternative Course is aimed at students who are completing or have already completed high school, exclusively from the public network or full scholarship students from private institutions, selected through a selection process.
The classes are taught by Uepa students, mainly from Licentiate, Pedagogy, and Trilingual Secretariat courses, who, by acting as teachers, experience teacher training and classroom management experiences. The project fulfills a dual mission: to contribute to the access of public school students to higher education and to strengthen the practical training of future educators.
