The first stage of the National High School Exam (Enem) held this Sunday (30) in the municipalities of Belém, Ananindeua, and Marituba concluded without any police incidents reported at the 202 schools where the exam was administered. The actions of Operation "Enem 2025" developed during this stage involved approximately 1,400 agents, working in activities coordinated by the State Secretariat for Public Security and Social Defense (Segup), in partnership with the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP), which are essential for the success of the exam.
According to the Operational Deputy Secretary of Segup, Colonel PM Ed-Lin Anselmo, the first day of test administration in three municipalities of the Metropolitan Region of Belém occurred as planned and as expected by the security agencies.
"Today, we started the actions early with the mobilization of teams and the positioning of the visible police at the testing locations. Then, we ensured security during the escort of the tests to the testing locations, departing from the Post Office base. We continued monitoring from the start of the exam until its conclusion. We had no incidents that disrupted the candidates. Additionally, we did not record any police incidents. Therefore, the exam took place as planned within the three cities of the Metropolitan Region of Belém, with nearly 200,000 registered participants, a quite high number, and fortunately, without anything that could disrupt it. Now, we will begin the reverse escort of the tests to the central location. Our expectations are the best possible for the second stage, which will be next weekend, with the same setup in place, with the same teams here in this integrated center, forces on the streets, so that everything proceeds smoothly and safely," said Colonel PM Ed-Lin Anselmo.
Reverse escort - With 202 testing locations, the escort of the test bags to these locations, carried out by the Military Police in support of the Post Office, began at 10 AM and was completed by 12 PM. With the conclusion of the exam at 7 PM, the team conducts the reverse escort of the tests, which are sent to the central units, from where they will be forwarded to the State of São Paulo for correction. By 7:50 PM, the percentage of tests collected during the escort was 5%, with an expected completion time of 10 PM this Sunday.
According to Segup's coordination, which aligns the information provided by the security forces involved in the operation, from 8 AM, when monitoring activities began at the CICC, until 7 PM, when the exam concluded, no police incidents were recorded.
During the exam, the movement at the testing locations was monitored by security cameras installed in the Metropolitan Region of Belém, in addition to public safety totems. The images were monitored from the Integrated Command and Control Center and the Integrated Operations Center (CIOp - 190).
